Mr Hosek graduated as Bachelor (Horticulture) from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and as Master of Science (Landscape Revitalization) from the Jan Evangelista Purkyne University in Usti nad Labem. In between 2002 and 2013, he worked for the Czech Nature Conservation Agency. Since 2005, he was as Deputy Director responsible for the implementation of the EU Nature Directives (including Natura 2000 network and reporting exercises) and for nature conservancy documentation incl. country-wide biodiversity monitoring scheme. In 2013-2014, he served as Director General for Nature Conservation at the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic. Besides the EU, he has been working in almost all EU candidate and associated countries as an expert on natural resources use and a cooperation with stakeholders and local communities (participatory management approach).

Besides his activities under the INTEGRA Group consortium, he is a coordinator of international relations at the Krkonoše Mts. National Park Administration. Since 2012, he has been an elected Councillor of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). Since 2014, he has been an elected Council member and Vice-President of the EUROPARC Federation. Mr Hošek regularly publishes as (co)author books, articles, guides and policy documents.

In 2002, he graduated (MSc.) studies in zoology at the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague. His professional career is dedicated to the nature conservation and environmental protection his entire career, especially in managing positions. He is specialized in monitoring, water protection and communication. In 2002-2007, he worked at the Czech Nature Conservation Agency where he founded and led a Monitoring Department oriented to surveillance of species and habitats according to the EU legislation (Habitats Directive, Birds Directive, Water Framework Directive). He cooperated in the Natura 2000 network designation and coordinated the cooperation with the European Thematic Centre for Biodiversity concerning monitoring and conservation status assessment. He subsequently founded and led several non-governmental expert organizations (DAPHNE CR – Institute of Applied Ecology, Beleco, Nature Conservation Forum, Coalition for Natura 2000). He is Vice-Chairman of the Committee of the Czech Society for Ecology. He lectures on nature conservation at universities, he regularly publishes. He became a consultant on the implementation of EU legislation and the use of natural resources (Romania, Croatia, Serbia) and was a consultant of the European Commission. In 2014, he co-founded DHP Conservation, a consulting company forming a part of the INTERGA Group corporate group nowadays.

Vlastimil has been active as an expert on monitoring and inventory of biodiversity last ten years. He participated on many projects in the Czech Republic. In addition, he led a research project on fauna of Bohol island (Fillipines). Besides other skills, Vlastimil is an GIS analytic expert. Currently, he has been carrying out SEA and EIA assessments and migration studies on animals.

Michal studied and successfully accomplished MSc. programme Land Reclamation and Restoration at Cranfield University in the UK in 2015 and 2016. In 2017, he graduated from the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague in Environmental Protection master’s programme. In his work he applies experience from the fields of science and research, analytical thinking, GIS and ecological restoration, obtained during the study in the Czech Republic and abroad. He participates in elaboration of documentation for environmental impact assessments, he co-operates in preparation of strategic documents for the MoE and concept studies for national parks.

For more than a twenty years, Jiří has been working in the field of business as a coach and consultant. It has provided him with an ability to view environmental conflicts from different points of view. At the beginning of 1990s (that time in former Czechoslovakia), he introduced mediation as a conflict resolution method there. Since that time, as an inventor of the theory of vitality, he has written around 15 books with focus on capacity building

He worked as a scientist at the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences (by 1992), a head of Administration of PLA Kokořínsko (1992 – 1995), and subsequent 14 years he was acting at the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic, being in charge of nature protection and conservation, both at national and international levels. He was responsible for preparation of the Czech Republic for the EU accession in this field as well as for implementation of international treaties. Since January 2010 he has become an independent consultant focusing especially on site nature protection.
